So…I'm sick of just throwing troops at the war and praying. I've decided to put a solid strategy together and see if that works. I'd like some input. Here's the annotated base. The key is at the bottom: 1: (Ignore the old number 1, I couldn't erase it) Start by dropping 2 (level 2) hogs (leave a pause between drops) to take pull out the cc troops and, as a bonus, do a bit of damage to cannon. I'm keeping it west to avoid the potential (unlikely) gbombs between the walls. 2: Draw the cc troops back across the map with the BK (lvl 4) and… 3: Drop a wallie (lvl 5) to help the BK break through the wall. I'm thinking there's a tesla there. 4: Triple-lightning the AD when the cc troops are nearing it. 5: Hogs on these two points to blow through some defenses and take the other two ADs. I should have 13 left and will bring more via my cc. These spots should be well safe from gbombs. 6: Provided all goes well, 6 dragons deployed across this side will take out the archers (and probable teslas) then proceed to clear out the rest of the base. I will carry three archers to knock out the odd corner building that the dragons can't be bothered with. What do you think? Any advice other than "get better troops!" ;-)

I would be concerned about the hogs not making it to the south AD since they'll have pretty far to get there and quite a few other defenses that might take their attention. I might suggest using the lightning on the south AD and sending the hogs for the east AD and north AD (possibly with your BK to distract the defending BK).
Unless of course you have better reasons for the way you planned it. I could be overlooking something.

You make a good point. The BK was why I was lightninginging the north AD, but using my BK somewhere in the 11o'clock area would keep him well occupied. That would probably make the hogs' run a lot easier, and let me put something else in my cc (witches, wizards, etc.) Though I might leave the hogs for safety's sake.
I also just thought to myself, "what if there's a dragon in their cc?" I'd probably draw him to the far west and sic some dragons on him while I work the defenses with the hogs.
Thanks, Natalie!

Here's another take.
I'd draw the CC troops north as planned, but use a rage spell with 6 dragons to kill them and the north AD at the same time.
I'd drop the two groups of hogs in the south-east, but I'd have a heal spell for each group when they approach the wizard towers. I'm generally uneasy using hogs without heal. The south-west group of hogs in your illustration also has me worried because of how they could be easily distracted by hidden teslas in the west.
Of course...my take comes with no guarantee of success. =D Just something to think about.
