Kicking Policies:
1. There must be a warning before player removal.
- Let the member know he is breaking a rule before voting to kick him/her out.
- If you're not sure if they're breaking a rule, either ignore it or let one of us leaders know. (We'll probably see it, too.)
- This is mostly for spamming chat since those players tend to not know they are breaking a rule.
2. Two votes are required for removal.
- This includes the person who notices the infraction.
- For members to be kicked, an elder-elder vote, or higher ranks, is required.
- For elders to be kicked, it requires two co-leaders to vote or a co-leader and leader vote.
These removal rules are to ensure no one is removed just for fun.
If you're active and not violating any of these simple rules, you have nothing to worry about.
Automatic removal will be considered if an elder removes a member without votes.
Promotion Policies:
These may change as the clan grows and changes are needed.
1. Becoming an elder.
- Donations of at least 125 each season are required.
- Becoming an elder will become increasingly more difficult as we grow as a clan.
- You must be a part of the clan for at least one entire season to become elder.
2. Becoming co-leader.
- You will not become a co-leader by begging for it.
- This position is held for those who are most trustworthy.
- If you can prove, after a very long time, you are trustworthy and loyal, consideration may be made but do not hope for it.
Promotion policies are in force to make the game more fun because it feels good to work hard and be rewarded.
You do not gain anything from being a higher rank. Quit asking for co-leader. It does not benefit you and you won't be promoted.
