...you get attacked in the 5 minutes between a war ending and you using the loot you won from it.
It's happened to me each of the last three wars. Thankfully you don't lose a whole lot of the CC loot, but it still stings.

...you accidentally drop a troop on a base you have no chance defeating. Then, of course, you end up losing 43 trophies for it or something ridiculous like that.

...you're like me and often run with nothing but barbarians and wallies. Then you put down your first troop and watch him draw a dragon out of the clan castle.
(Disclaimer: I've actually managed to get stars in this scenario, but it's always rather frustrating.)
